Casey St. Germain is a criminal defence lawyer who practices in Provincial and Supreme Court throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. She was called to the bar in 2016 and bases her practice primarily out of Surrey, BC.

 

She regularly advances constitutional challenges on behalf of her clients, and has also launched civil actions against the police and correctional institutions. Her passion for being in the courtroom is displayed by her strategic litigation tactics and knowledge of the law.

 

She is on the Board of Directors of the Criminal Defence Advocacy Society and a regular volunteer with Atira Women's Resource Society.
