ABOUT
Casey St. Germain is a skilled criminal defence lawyer practicing throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. Called to the bar in 2016, she primarily operates out of Vancouver, BC, where she focuses on advocating for individuals facing criminal charges.
Known for her commitment to justice, Casey has advanced constitutional challenges on behalf of her clients and initiated civil actions against law enforcement agencies such as the RCMP. Her passion for courtroom advocacy is reflected in her strategic litigation approach and in-depth understanding of the law.
Casey has represented clients in Mental Health Review Board hearings and has acted as counsel for complainants in sexual assault cases. She is also a roster lawyer with Stand Informed, a program offering free and confidential legal advice to survivors of sexual assault in British Columbia.
Casey serves on the Board of Directors for the Criminal Defence Advocacy Society (CDAS), an organization dedicated to advocacy, law reform, and education in criminal defence matters.
